Getting to the hotel

By road

From Paris, Lille, Belgium or the Netherlands, reach the château via the A1 motorway, taking exit 7 (Survilliers–Saint-Witz), then continue for a few minutes along forest roads before Château Mont Royal comes into view. Guests travelling from northern France or the Benelux can therefore reach La Chapelle-en-Serval directly, without crossing Paris.

Chantilly and Parc Astérix are both around 10 minutes away. This proximity makes it easy to incorporate a cultural or leisure experience into a private event, while other guests can unwind at the spa.

The InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal offers complimentary private parking, with ample spaces available for guests arriving by car, coach or private transfer. By train

LED lighting, daily monitoring of water and electricity consumption, energy-efficient equipment and preventive maintenance all aim to reduce the château’s carbon footprint.

The hotel also limits waste through refillable guest amenities, washable tableware, recycled cups and glass or recyclable containers. Water fountains are being installed progressively.

It features ten meeting rooms, eight of which benefit from natural daylight, spread across two levels. Designed to accommodate events from 10 to 250 guests, this versatile conference venue is ideal for conferences, showrooms, meetings, cocktail receptions and corporate events.

On the elevated garden level, Halphen 2 features a 60 m² stage and can be divided into three separate spaces: Berlioz, Chopin and Sibelius. It opens onto a terrace that follows the curve of the building and extends to the Debussy room at the opposite end.

Vivaldi, Symphonie and Creativity are arranged around a central indoor patio topped with a glass roof, providing an ideal setting for coffee breaks and cocktail receptions. Continuing from this space, the Callas and Caruso meeting rooms complete the convention centre and offer direct access to the outdoor areas of this hotel near Chantilly.

The hotel also provides audiovisual and multimedia support, together with printing, scanning, fax and dry-cleaning services to ensure every event runs smoothly.

Installed in Fernand Halphen’s former library and smoking room, Le Stradivarius Bar preserves the spirit of the château as it was in the early 20th century. Carved wood panelling, antique books, a monumental fireplace and velvet armchairs create a warm, elegant atmosphere, complemented by a contemporary bar in deep midnight-blue tones.

Round tables provide the perfect setting to enjoy a sharing platter or light bite, along with a glass of wine or a signature cocktail after meetings or between fun activities.

During the warmer months, the terrace overlooking the Chantilly Forest extends this peaceful atmosphere outdoors. DJ sets, gourmet barbecues, Spritz workshops and Champagne tastings can be arranged to enhance your evening events and moments of relaxation.

L’InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal propose deux univers de restauration bien distincts.

La Brasserie qui occupe l’ancienne salle de musique de Fernand Halphen. Quelques marches en parquet mènent à un espace lumineux aux tonalités blanches et dorées, rythmé par de hauts plafonds, des moulures, des cheminées anciennes et de grands lustres contemporains. La forêt entre par les larges fenêtres et accompagne les petits-déjeuners, déjeuners, dîners d’équipe et le brunch dominical.

Le Stradivarius, installé dans l’ancienne bibliothèque et le fumoir, avec bar et terrasse.

Pour les réceptions de grande envergure, l’hôtel partenaire met à disposition les salles Halphen 2 ou Debussy, bénéficiant d’un accès direct à une terrasse. Les soirées dansantes trouvent naturellement leur place dans la salle Halphen, entièrement insonorisée pour préserver le confort des autres espaces.
