Any adult natural person accessing the Site is considered a user (hereinafter the “User”). ATYPIIC disclaims all liability in the event the Site is used by a minor.
ATYPIIC and the User are hereinafter referred to individually as the “Party” and jointly as the “Parties”.
The Site enables online booking of accommodations for business travelers or groups, as well as a curated selection of high-quality and diverse venue rentals suitable for both corporate and private events.
Any use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of the latest version of the T&Cs by the User, who acknowledges having read and expressly accepted them by signing each quote bearing the following statement:
“By using the ATYPIIC platform, I acknowledge having read, understood and accepted the Terms of Use of the Site.”
The applicable T&Cs are available at any time on the Site and can be printed by the User. ATYPIIC reserves the right to amend the T&Cs at any time.
These T&Cs are supplemented by ATYPIIC’s Privacy Policy, its Legal Notice, and its Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQ”).
By accepting these T&Cs, the User accepts all the terms contained in those four documents.
This preamble is an integral part of the T&Cs.
ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
These T&Cs aim to define the rights and obligations of ATYPIIC and the User in the context of accessing and using the Site.
ARTICLE 2 – TERMS OF USE AND ACCESS
2.1 Description of the Site
The Site notably allows the User to:
- Access the profiles of various service providers
- Request quotes from service providers presented through ATYPIIC
2.2 Site Access
Access to the Site by the User does not require the creation of a user space or account (hereinafter the “Account”).
Quote requests made via the Site do not require an Account either. The Account only helps streamline communication and centralize documents for each quote request addressed to ATYPIIC service providers.
An Account can be created at the User’s discretion:
– Via the online quote request form: The User will be prompted to create a complex password at the end of the quote request. This password must contain at least 12 alphanumeric characters including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit, and one punctuation mark or special character.
– After receiving their first quote by email: The User can log in to their Account using a 6-digit code sent to the valid email address provided to ATYPIIC. Each User may only have one Account. If ATYPIIC discovers that a User holds multiple Accounts, it may delete all such Accounts via the quote form provider, as stated in Article 8 below.
The User is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their Account. At no time should the User disclose their password to any third party, including to individuals claiming to represent the Site. ATYPIIC will never ask for the User’s password under any circumstances.
If the User shares their password with any other person (whether another User or not), ATYPIIC will proceed to delete the Account in accordance with Article 8 of these T&Cs.
If the User forgets their password, they should visit: atypiic.backyou.app/myspace and click “First login? Forgot password?” Then, by following the instructions provided by the quote form operator (Back You), the User will receive a new password via the email address originally provided and may subsequently personalize it on the Site.
ARTICLE 3 – CODE OF CONDUCT
To access the Site, the User must refrain from any behavior that may harm the image of ATYPIIC.
The User is also prohibited from:
- Impersonating a third party, another User, or pretending to be an ATYPIIC employee or representative
- Engaging in hacking, spamming, phishing, flooding, or any malicious activity toward ATYPIIC, its Users or service providers
Non-compliance with this article may result in the deletion of the User’s Account under the conditions set out in Article 8.
ARTICLE 4 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site, its components, and/or the products displayed on the Site are protected by intellectual property law, including copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and/or patents, and are the exclusive property of ATYPIIC.
ATYPIIC grants the User a personal, non-collective, and non-exclusive right to use the Site for consultation purposes. Any other use constitutes infringement and is punishable under the French Intellectual Property Code, unless expressly authorized in writing by ATYPIIC.
The User therefore acknowledges that, without prior written authorization from ATYPIIC, any full or partial copy, dissemination, or exploitation of any elements mentioned above — even if modified — may lead to legal action.
Generally, the User agrees not to undermine the Site or use it in any manner that could damage ATYPIIC’s image, services, or brand.
ARTICLE 5 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The personal data collected from the User are those required to use the Site and make online bookings.
These data are processed to allow ATYPIIC to identify Users, respond to their inquiries, prepare quotes, and eventually connect them with service providers and manage the business relationship.
Personal data are first and foremost used by ATYPIIC, but may be shared with third-party providers involved in operating the Site (including service providers), where permitted or required by law.
In such cases, data sharing is limited to the strict minimum. ATYPIIC ensures that these providers comply with its instructions and implement adequate security measures in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Personal data will be retained for the duration strictly necessary for managing the relationship.
ATYPIIC implements all appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data collected.
In accordance with applicable laws, the User may exercise their rights to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, oppose, and port their personal data.

ARTICLE 7 – SITE UPDATES
ATYPIIC may update or reset certain Site parameters at any time.
It reserves the right to evolve the Site by adding, modifying, or removing features.
Such actions may temporarily prevent User access or change the Site’s structure, which the User acknowledges. ATYPIIC shall not be held liable in this respect
ARTICLE 8 – ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR DELETION
ATYPIIC reserves the right to suspend or delete any User Account that does not comply with these T&Cs or applicable laws.
Suspension or deletion will be notified by email to the address provided by the User when registering to the partner Website.
ATYPIIC also reserves the right to report illegal content to relevant authorities and to pursue legal action to seek compensation for any resulting damage.
ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY
Except as expressly provided herein, ATYPIIC’s liability shall only be incurred in accordance with general legal provisions.
ATYPIIC is only bound by a best-effort obligation and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use, interruption, or malfunction of the Site.
The User acknowledges that ATYPIIC cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
If a malfunction is discovered or reported, ATYPIIC will make its best efforts to correct it.
In no case will ATYPIIC be held liable for damage caused by the User’s misuse, non-compliance with these T&Cs, or interference with the Site.
ATYPIIC shall not be liable for events constituting force majeure under applicable law.
ARTICLE 10 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
10.1 Severability
If any provision of the T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be replaced with a valid provision reflecting the Parties’ original intent. The remainder of the T&Cs shall remain in force.
10.2 Entire Agreement
These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede any prior agreements, written or oral.
10.3 Modification
ATYPIIC may amend or supplement the T&Cs at any time, with effect from the date of publication on the Site or through other forms of notification.
10.4 No Waiver
Failure by either Party to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of that right for the future.
ARTICLE 11 – LANGUAGE OF THE T&Cs
These Terms are drafted in French.
In the event of translation into another language, only the French version shall be binding in case of dispute or interpretation issues.
ARTICLE 12 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation, performance, or execution of any clause of the T&Cs, the User shall first contact ATYPIIC’s customer service in an attempt to reach an amicable solution.
Failing that, the matter will be referred to the competent courts.
