Atypiic is a French platform launched in 2025 by the Atypio group, a hotel investor and manager.

It is a natural extension of the online presence of our sales force, which has been active since 2019, to meet the accommodation needs of groups and events.

Faced with demand from hoteliers outside the Atypio network, Atypiic wanted to be able to open up to other establishments sharing the same values and standards.

Why a new MICE events platform? Because no-one knows the expectations of groups and organisers better… than the hoteliers on the ground, committed to working alongside their customers every day. We thank them for their trust.

Atypiic refers to a network of various establishments: hotels and aparthotels belonging to the Atypio group, as well as 100% external establishments, selected and recommended by our team of hotel experts.

This trusted network of hotels and venues dedicated to seminars, receptions, weddings and corporate parties enables us to offer you online accommodation for business travellers or groups, as well as a selection of high-quality, diverse rooms for hire, tailored to the projects of companies and individuals alike.

Atypiic is dedicated to organising holidays and events for groups, companies and local authorities.

It connects users to a selection of venues (hotels, aparthotels, hotel residences, restaurants, transport & team building partners) chosen for their quality.

The Atypiic platform simplifies every stage: search, quote, booking, coordination.

Atypiic covers a wide range of needs:

We provide flexible, responsive and expert support for all your events and group accommodation projects.

The Atypiic platform is designed to handle your requests for group accommodation and/or room hire for a minimum of 8 to 10 people.

Whether it is for a short stay, a one-off event or a recurring requirement, our team will tailor its response to your requirements in terms of capacity, deadline and budget.

Below this threshold, requests for group accommodation and/or room hire are covered by individual price offers. They should therefore be sent directly to the establishment concerned (hotel or aparthotel), without needing to go through our Atypiic platform.

Autonomy: you use the Atypiic platform with complete freedom; ideal if you are already familiar with our services and tools (as of 2019).

Personalised support: a dedicated Atypiic hotel expert is with you every step of the way (briefing, research, quote, booking, follow-up).

Expert service: for your complex, multi-site or high-stakes projects, we offer a customised approach.

Depending on your needs, Atypiic can help you find venues for receptions, seminars and hotels with meeting rooms.

We will draw up an estimate and confirm reservations for rooms, accommodation and catering services. We put you in touch with the hotel teams and partners (activities, transport, personalised reception services).

Should you choose to retain full control over your project, we will support you every step of the way, with flexibility, efficiency and attention to detail.

No, the Atypiic service is entirely free for customers who book via the platform, regardless of the hotel selected.

Our support, venue search, matchmaking and follow-up are all included, with no hidden charges.

You benefit from a reliable, personalised and transparent service, at no cost to you.

Atypiic lists multi-brand hotels and aparthotels, ranging from budget to luxury.

Some establishments have meeting rooms, wellness areas, leisure facilities or restaurants, depending on their positioning.

In some towns, several hotels can be offered as a combo (e.g., Ibis Rouge and Mercure Rouen Champ de Mars) to complement each other and meet all your needs: accommodation, meetings, catering.

Finally, other hotels without shared areas or room hire services are listed for accommodation only, particularly for our business or leisure group customers looking for a simple, effective solution.

Atypiic mainly lists restaurants in multi-brand franchised hotels, such as “À l’Épicerie”, “A&T”, “Amorino” and other restaurants without a hotel brand.

These restaurants offer a wide range of options for group meals, business lunches, company parties or festive meals.

Depending on the venue, you will find local cuisine, buffets, personalised menus or original culinary experiences.

The diversity of styles means we can meet all your catering needs, whether you are looking for a quick, informal meal or something more gastronomic and celebratory, especially for the festive season, for example.

We will get back to you as quickly as possible, with the constant aim of providing you with a clear solution tailored to your expectations, your budget and your deadlines.

If you have precise specifications or a venue in mind (seminar, reception, wedding, group accommodation, etc.), use our search engine.

Select the town or region you want in the “Destination” field, then refine your search using the criteria best suited to your needs (rooms required?, accommodation required?, capacity, etc.).

It is simple, fast and perfectly designed for tailor-made searches: room hire, group accommodation, corporate meals, etc.

Enter the number of people to be accommodated in the “Need accommodation?” filter of our search engine.

You can refine this by entering a range, for example from 15 to 30 people.
Once the results are displayed, you can refine them by geography or other useful thematic criteria.

In the search engine, use the “Need rooms?” filter to indicate the number of participants you wish to convene.

Our system will suggest venues with suitable spaces (meeting, banqueting, etc.), according to the capacity required.

The offer can then be refined by location, atmosphere or other criteria specific to your event.

You can easily submit your request using our online quote form, for one or more hotels at a time (up to a maximum of 4).

Our process is clear, fast and adapted to all profiles: individuals, companies or regular customers.

All the stages are detailed on our dedicated “Quote” page, accessible from the main menu.

When you request a quote via the Atypiic platform, we send you the general and special terms and conditions of sale for the hotel concerned.

As with all contacts in our sector, the contract is signed directly between you and the referred partner hotel. It is therefore the conditions of the establishment booked that apply to your file.

These documents come with the quote and can be read at any time in your customer area.

We invite you to read them, particularly to find out about the terms of payment, cancellation or modification.

Once your quote has been signed, any request for modification (date, number of participants, services, etc.) must be sent to our team as soon as possible through your customer area or by e-mail.

We will contact the establishment concerned to check that your request is feasible.

Any changes remain subject to the specific terms and conditions of sale of the hotel booked, particularly if they affect rates and/or availability.

If you wish to cancel a signed quote, please inform our team as soon as possible, through your customer area or by e-mail.

We will inform the establishment concerned, but the applicable cancellation conditions (deadlines, possible charges) are those of the hotel with which you have contracted.

They appear in the documents sent with the quote.

Atypiic will assist you with your booking, but cannot change the terms and conditions set by the establishment and accepted by you when you confirmed the quote.

Are you happy with the quote you have received from our hotel experts? Great news!

All you have to do is send it back signed, via your customer area or by e-mail, without too much delay: availability can change quickly.

We will then confirm the option you have registered. To keep your option, all you have to do is pay the agreed deposit at the hotel you have booked, within the period specified in the general terms and conditions of sale.

Our team will be at your side every step of the way to ensure that your confirmation is smooth, clear and worry-free.

Payment is made directly to the hotel booked, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the contract signed between you and the establishment.

Atypiic facilitates contact and accompanies you every step of the way, but does not collect any payments from group event customers on behalf of partner hotels.

The deadline for paying the first deposit is generally 48 hours after confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the special conditions specified in your quote.

All payment instructions are given to you by our team at the time of validation.

Invoices are issued directly by the hotel booked, in accordance with the conditions defined in the contract validated when the quote was confirmed.

It reflects the services booked (accommodation, catering, room hire, activities, etc.) and takes into account any adjustments validated in the meantime.

The balance must also be paid to the establishment, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the general terms and conditions of sale.

Atypiic remains at your side to ensure follow-up and facilitate exchanges with the hotel if necessary, until your file is completely closed.

Yes, absolutely. We can put you in direct contact with our specialist partners to organise a made-to-measure welcome: arrival gifts, personalised signage, in-room welcome messages, setting up a dedicated reception area at the hotel, etc.

These options are ideal for enhancing the image of your teams or making a lasting impression at an event.

Do not hesitate to tell us what you want or need when you request a quote: we will guide you through the process.

Atypiic puts you in direct contact with transport partners recognised by the hotels listed in certain regions and cities: coaches, transfers, shuttles, taxis, etc.

Some partner hotels also offer a shuttle service, but this is less common.

You can organise your return journeys or local travel, according to your schedule and logistical constraints, in complete transparency.

You remain free to choose your service provider.

Our team is here to advise you and help you coordinate with the hotel, so that your event runs smoothly and comfortably.

Yes! Atypiic puts you in touch with recognised teambuilding partners, most of whom already work with our partner hotels and are known to our team.

Whether you are looking for a sporting, creative, fun or community activity, we will share our local knowledge with you to help you make the right choice.

Bookings are made directly with the chosen service provider, in complete autonomy.

Some partner hotels also offer their own on-site activities: remember to specify this in your request for a quote, as we will be delighted to offer you the most suitable solutions.

Your customer account is automatically created as soon as you send your first quote request. It is linked to the e-mail address you provided. You do not have to do anything; to connect to your customer area, all you need is a 6-digit code sent by e-mail, or the password you enter at the end of the online quote form.

The customer account is particularly useful. It allows you to keep track of all your files: quote requests, registered options, past and current events, and to talk to your hotel expert about the file in progress.

This saves you valuable time when you are looking for, booking or talking to our teams in the future.

Nothing could be simpler: Your client account is automatically created as soon as you make your first request for a quote, either online via our quote form or directly with one of our experts.

Via the online form: simply choose a password at the end of your request.
Via our teams: no password to create, you will receive a 6-digit code by e-mail if you wish to connect to your space.

Your customer area, designed with our partner Back You, is secure, easy to use and accessible at all times.

From the login page atypiic.backyou.app/myspace, click on “First login? or Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions.

You will receive an email to set up a new password.

The customer area is managed by our partner Backyou. In the event of a question or malfunction, our team remains available and will be happy to pass on your request for rapid processing.
