Our team of hotel and event planning experts was established long before the launch of Atypiic.com. Since 2019, we have been supporting companies, agencies, tour operators and private individuals in the organisation of events, including seminars, training sessions, weddings, birthdays, and more. Our services include venue hire, group accommodation (business, leisure, or sports) and catering, all tailored to each client’s needs.

Our expertise is founded on extensive experience working with teams across our listed hotels and with customers, through various channels such as telephone, email, trade fairs, and our dedicated online quotation and customer area.

Atypiic is your multi-brand business and leisure hotel booking platform in France, for groups of 8 to 1,000 people.
Seminars, training courses, weddings, sports breaks: our hotel experts will help you book rooms, hire venues and organise catering in hotels and aparthotels.

We don’t make vague promises. We have experience in the field and can offer you genuine advice, as opposed to simply passing on your request to the hotel.

And if you should require expertise we don’t cover, we’ll refer you to partners you can trust. After all, everyone has their own business and their own talent.

The right restaurant, in the right spot

From restaurants dedicated to groups to individual restaurants with group areas, the selection on our Atypiic platform extends from north to south and east to west.

From 10 to over 500 guests, we can cater for company meals, cocktail parties, funeral receptions and group lunches on the terrace or rooftop. We have packages for all your events and occasions.

The hotel restaurants in the Atypiic network offer local cuisine, 24-hour snacks, buffets and 2–3-course table service menus, as well as products from local urban farms.

The hotels listed on our platform do not usually provide transport services, team-building activities or event customisation, such as decoration, technology or specific equipment, although there are a few exceptions.

Our team is passionate about the hotel and events industry. But that’s not all — they are true experts in the field! They have previously worked as project managers, MICE managers and key account managers in hotels and agencies, and have mastered their craft.

Their dual expertise in hotels and sales makes all the difference. 2019

Creation of our dedicated MICE team

of 0 to 5 employees

The adventure began with one expert… then two, three, and very quickly a small, passionate team was up and running! With our extensive knowledge of the hotel industry, we established a thoughtful, responsive and comprehensive service for group stays in Atypiic’s 3 and 4-star accommodation.
2023

Development of our MICE team, call centre

10 employees

The adventure continues! Our team is growing and is proud to represent the parent company’s hotels, ranging from 2 to 4 stars. We have set up our own call centre to centralise, assess and streamline group requests. While technology enhances our responsiveness and transparency, the human element remains at the heart of our business. And always with a smile!
2024

Launch of the Leisure and Sports Groups Division

In response to the growing diversity of requests, Atypiic is opening a new chapter with a division dedicated to leisure activities, associations, and sports groups. Our team covers 8 regions of France and can provide a bespoke offer ranging from 2 to 4 stars. The same high standards and team spirit, with an even greater impact!

Launch of the Atypiic online platform
