By car

The hotel is about 100 km from Lyon and Valence, 150 km from Geneva and close to the Fréjus tunnel to Italy.
To reach your venue at Mercure Grenoble Centre Alpotel by road:

From A48 (Lyon) or A51 (Southern Alps) highways, take the southern bypass, exit 3B Grenoble Centre, then follow Boulevard Joseph Vallier towards Geneva/Chambéry until you reach Boulevard Maréchal Joffre.

From A41 highway (Geneva/Chambéry), follow Grenoble Centre, then Lyon until you reach Boulevard Maréchal Joffre.

To organise parking for your seminar in the city, please note that the private car park (22 spaces) near the hotel is available, depending on availability, when you check in (a fee applies).

By train

Grenoble SNCF train station is just 2 km from the hotel.

From the station, you can reach the venue at Mercure Grenoble Centre Alpotel in 7 minutes by tramway line A (heading to Échirolles Denis Papin).

The 'A l'Epicerie' Bar

The ‘A l’Epicerie’ bar links the lobby of the Mercure Grenoble Centre Alpotel, with its alcove-style lounges, to the restaurant areas. Its visual signature is a sculptural central staircase, the summit between two atmospheres.
On the west side, the Alpine counter, an urban oasis inspired by art deco, combines light wood, rough concrete and massive pillars.

It welcomes your groups for socially enjoyable moments.House cocktails, Mercure wines, craft beers and sharing platters make up a menu inspired by local products. A warm place to start a company meal, end a seminar or extend your Mercure Grenoble Centre Alpotel room rental.

A l'Epicerie' Restaurant

On the east side of the ground floor, the extra large cheese bell marks the restaurant area for individual customers or small groups.Upstairs, the group restaurant ‘A l’Epicerie Grenoble Centre’ unveils a large, warm room with a refuge atmosphere: light wood, natural fibres, dim lighting.

On the menu: seasonal cuisine, fondues, raclettes, artisan cheeses and comforting desserts.
