Bookings and services via managed/partner establishments:

When you request a quote or make a reservation for meeting rooms, group accommodation, group meals, residential seminars, or request a connection with our partners for team building activities, transfers, or a personalized welcome organized as part of your event booked through ATYPIIC (connection strictly reserved for clients booking through a venue listed by ATYPIIC), some of your personal data may be shared with the concerned establishments or our partners (e.g., Accor, Louvre Hotels, Hilton, Best Western France booking platforms or other relevant franchisors, © AGAH online quote form for events).

We are not responsible for the collection and processing of data by these third parties.
We recommend that you consult their privacy policies before sharing your information with them.

3. Data Retention Periods

  • Commercial and marketing data: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Contractual and accounting data: 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship.
  • Cookies and trackers: Maximum of 13 months from the date of collection.

This period may be extended by an additional two months in the case of complexity or a high volume of requests, in accordance with the GDPR. You will be informed if such an extension is necessary.
