1- Our recommendations
The success of a seminar in Normandy depends as much on the choice of the seminar venue as on the duration and rhythm of the programme.
Atypiic teams regularly support companies and sports organisations through hotel seminars and residential seminars across the region. This expertise was notably demonstrated in exceptional contexts such as the 80th anniversary of D-Day in 2024, where organising strategic meetings and professional gatherings required a high level of confidentiality, venue privatisation and complex logistical coordination.
Thanks to its online platform and thematic search tools, Atypiic facilitates the design tailoring of balanced programmes. Hotel information, catering options, destinations and team building activities make it possible to create seminars in Normandy that alternate work and relaxation, while highlighting the region’s natural and rich cultural heritage and its year-round activities.
2- What programme duration should you choose?
To fully benefit from your seminar in Normandy, a two- to three-day programme is generally recommended. This format allows teams to build genuine group dynamics while enjoying real moments of relaxation. A one-day seminar is better suited to teams already based in Normandy or to target meetings with limited travel requirements.
Whenever possible, we recommend arriving the day before the first working sessions. Starting the seminar with a welcome cocktail, dinner or activity is an excellent way to create initial cohesion and make participants feel expected. In Normandy, these informal moments can take many forms:
- a guided visit with the bell ringer of Rouen Cathedral,
- attending a STB Basket game in Le Havre or a Dragons de Rouen hockey match,
- an evening fishing return in Port-en-Bessin or a boat trip from Le Havre harbour
All of these experiences are compatible with a professional program.
